Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for shopping with us at Rebel By Gracie. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return

  • Item must be returned within 24–48 hours of purchase.
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be returned with all RG tags intact and in their original packaging — dust bag, paper carrier bag, boxes, etc.

Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • Item must be unused, unaltered and free of damage by the customer.
  • Item must be returned in their original packaging.

Refund

  • We are able to offer a complete refund upon return.
  • Once we have received your purchased item, we will inspect and process a refund within 24–48 hours.
  • The cost of the purchased item alone will be refunded — shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Proof of payment must be provided upon request for a refund.

Shipping Returns

  • For either a return or exchange, delivery will be arranged at an additional cost to the customer.

Please note — Rebel By Gracie reserves the right to decide an appropriate remedial action under any given circumstance.
